Bravo Title Agency LLC provides a vast variety of different services and search types. The standard title agency fees for a purchase or a refinance transaction are as follows:
- Municipal Searches – $495.00
- Courier fees – $50.00
- Bankruptcy Searches – $30.00 (per individual being searched)
- Escrow Service Charge – $50.00
- Patriot Search – $30.00 (per individual being searched)
- Name run (vs anyone other than owner) – $40.00 (per individual being searched)
- Recording Service Charge – $25.00 (per recording instrument)
- Contin fees – $40.00
- Copy fees – $20.00
- Pick up fee (Title Closer’s fee) – $250.00
(applies to refinance transactions only and is subject to change depending on the type of services the title closer is required to provide)
NYS Sales Tax 8.875% of Municipal Searches and other related property searches. NYS Sales Tax charges will vary depending on the County the closing is taking place in and the type of searches performed.
